  • Labor - wage rate compliance / hours worked / productivity
  • Contract Termination - employee successor rights. Hiring obligations with current on site employees if bringing on a new supplier
  • Environmental - cleaning product approval and product disposal
  • Waste Management - waste segregation and disposal
  • Noise - bylaws and exterior work scheduling
  • Equipment Safety - building-owned equipment, garbage compactors, cardboard bailers, lift equipment, safety training & license certification
  • HSE - Incident reporting
